The renowned commenter and ex-cricketers Ramiz Raja and Wasim Akram along with Bazid khan and Urooj Mumtaz will do commentary in Urdu for five overs in each innings which will be telecast on local channels. PCB took this step to promote HBL PSL and to provide convenience to the cricket fans. This will also help to seize more attention from the fans national wide.

Not only this but PCB also introduced a new activity during the live match in which the commentator will interview the players. It will be a small friendly talking session. This will happen during two semi-finals and the final of HBL PSL.
